A calmer way to keep your time and money in one place.

Koda gathers what's on your calendar, in your accounts, and across the day's small details into one quiet view. No streaks. No nudges. No infinite scroll. Just what you need to know, when you need to know it.

What's inside

Today, Plan, Health, and Capture are free. Money, Briefs, and Chat unlock with Premium ($9.99/month or $79/year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan).

Today

Your morning at a glance. Weather and forecast tuned to where you actually are. Calendar with travel time when it matters. Reminders you've actually committed to, separated from the grocery list. Health and activity rings if you wear a watch.

Plan

A unified timeline that merges your calendar, reminders, and birthdays into one view. Switch between an upcoming-scroll and a month grid. Capture anything new with a tap.

Health

Sleep stages, workouts (including route maps and heart-rate zones for outdoor activity), activity rings, resting heart rate trends, and a composite recovery snapshot. Reads from Apple Health; nothing in this tab leaves your device.

Money (Premium)

Connect a bank, see real balances and transactions in plain language. Categorize once, the patterns figure themselves out. Budgets that count down, not up. Subscriptions detected automatically.

Briefs (Premium)

A two-minute read first thing in the morning, written by Claude, grounded in your actual day. Optional wind-down brief at night that turns the day into a short journal entry. Talks like a thoughtful friend, not a productivity coach.

Chat (Premium)

Ask anything about your own life. “What's left on my plate today?” “Did I close my rings yesterday?” “How much did I spend on coffee last month?” Koda answers from your data, not from the internet.

Capture

Long-press the app icon, tap a control on your lock screen, or ask Siri, and dump whatever's in your head. Free captures one item at a time with a category picker; Smart Capture (Premium) parses multi-part input like “Coffee with Maya Tuesday at 10, remind me to call the dentist Thursday” into separate destinations.

How it's built

Local first

Your calendar, transactions, sleep stages, journal entries, and chat history all live in a SQLite file on your phone. Koda's servers store only what's structurally needed for account, subscription, and bank sync.

You choose what the AI sees

Seven separate switches for the seven categories of data Koda's chat and briefs can use. All off by default on a fresh install. Flip on whatever you want the assistant to read; the rest of the app keeps working either way.

Picked good processors

Bank connections through Plaid (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001). AI calls through Anthropic's API (no training on your data). Sign in with Apple, no passwords to remember. Health data stays in HealthKit unless you explicitly opt in.

iCloud sync that's actually private

Journal entries, workout notes, and morning briefs sync through Apple's private CloudKit database. Apple's end-to-end encrypted; we can't read it, Apple can't read it, only you can.

How it feels

Most apps borrow your attention. Koda tries to give some back. Cream backgrounds in light mode, deep warm navy in dark. Sage green where most apps would put a bright blue or red. Quiet typography that scales with whatever text-size you've set.

Notifications that you opt into one at a time. Brief that arrives once in the morning, once at night, never in between. No badges. No streaks.
